Mission StatementMy role is to educate clients about the emotional and biological factors that may contribute to their illness, condition, or behaviour, and where possible, to encourage self-management and self-healing.
I support a personalised approach to each diagnosis, with the primary goal of offering complementary strategies tailored to support and enhance the healing process.
consultation
Before the initial consultation, a questionnaire must be completed and the Privacy Policy read. This step is mandatory.
I ask questions tailored to the specific physical or behavioural manifestation, while also guiding clients to recognise these patterns and learn how to work with them.
To book an appointment, please email me or schedule directly through Calendly. All links and documents are at the bottom of the page.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

What is Recall Healing?Recall Healing is the result of over thirty years of exploration into the subconscious mind, emotional processes, and naturopathic medicine. It brings together insights from multiple medical disciplines, scientific research, and observations of biological laws as they apply to plants, animals, and humans. This approach seeks to explain how the body functions, how illness can develop, and how recovery may occur.Recall Healing focuses on identifying unresolved emotional conflicts and traumas linked to everyday experiences, childhood events, and ancestral history. It views the human being as a triad: psyche, automatic brain, and body. From this perspective, illness or behavioural patterns are often understood as automatic biological responses of the brain to stress experienced at some point in life. When emotional conflicts remain unresolved, they may form unconscious patterns that can be activated by a sudden emotional shock or by repeated, smaller stressors, potentially influencing the development of illness.Recall Healing was developed by Canadian researcher Recall Healing was developed by Canadian researcher Gilbert Renaud, PhD. The method also draws on the work of Claude Sabbah (Total Biology), Gérard Athias (bio-psychogenealogy and GEST), and Ryke Geerd Hamer (German New Medicine). What is the goal of the Recall Healing work?Recall Healing aims to bring suppressed emotions, beliefs, or unconscious decisions into awareness by asking precise and relevant questions. When these inner conflicts are recognised and addressed, this process may support the resolution of related physical or psychological patterns. The facilitator focuses on identifying the emotional and psychological experiences that may underlie illness or behaviour. At the heart of this work is understanding why a condition developed in the first place. When a person uncovers the personal story behind an illness and understands its meaning, the emotional charge associated with it can begin to release, supporting the healing process. From this perspective, the brain may interpret illness as an adaptive response to stress, intended to support survival. When a traumatic event occurs, the brain forms connections that allow the person to move forward without consciously reliving the experience. Although the event may no longer be remembered consciously, its imprint can remain stored in the body and nervous system.By asking the right questions, it may be possible to access deeper information and bring clarity to these unconscious patterns. This awareness can accelerate the healing process by revealing the underlying story connected to the condition. As Mark Twain observed, “The right word is a very powerful agent.”A well-known motto in Recall Healing is “Name it, Claim it and Dump it!” This reflects the idea that acknowledging past experiences, recognising their impact, and expressing the associated emotions can allow a person to make peace with them. The Recall Healing facilitator supports the client in “recalling” what may have been forgotten, denied, or held outside of conscious awareness. Awareness itself - often experienced as an “AHA” moment - can be deeply transformative, but what follows that awareness is equally important. For this reason, additional tools and letting-go exercises are often recommended.Ultimately, the goal is to help the brain recognise that it no longer needs to maintain these patterns indefinitely. Understanding that a person is not merely a statistic, and that change and improvement are possible, is a crucial part of the process.

Magdalena Rozdzialik - Recall Healing Facilitator & Holistic Therapist
An undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy in Poland, where I am originally from, provided me with a strong foundation in human anatomy and physiology. I expanded this knowledge while working in Cork, Ireland, as a massage therapist. That experience deepened my interest in supporting people living with injury and pain and reinforced my desire to take a holistic approach to treatment. In 2014, I graduated from Cork College of Commerce in Holistic Therapies and later completed a diploma in Craniosacral Therapy at the Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine.I have been working with neuromuscular conditions and sports injuries for over 20 years. Alongside this, my greatest interest has always been human behaviour and its influence on the healing process. I strongly believe in a body - mind approach to health and recovery. My journey with Recall Healing began in 2022, following a spine injury that forced me to step away from my work. Over the past two years, I have studied under Drs. G. Renaud, M. LaMasa Dawson, and G. Athias. Recall Healing quickly became a passion and offered a new perspective on returning to work in a more meaningful and sustainable way.I enjoy supporting people in acknowledging past pain, rebuilding emotional connections with themselves and others, and practising effective letting-go tools. I am excited to share my experience in Recall Healing and look forward to working with you.

FAQs
1. Who is this method for?
This work is for people who want to understand themselves better, face personal challenges, let go of unresolved emotions, and support their healing process in a deeper way.2. How to prepare for a session?
Come with an open mind, a positive attitude, and a willingness to speak honestly. That is enough.3. What is the format of a session?
Sessions are held online and last 50 minutes. I listen carefully to what the client brings and ask a series of targeted questions. Together, we explore the answers and the patterns behind them.4. Is this method safe for children?
Yes. However, sessions are conducted only with the adult or adults working on behalf of the child.5. How many consultations are needed?
Typically, four to eight sessions are sufficient. More complex cases may require additional sessions. This depends on several factors, including the nature of the issue, the client’s openness, commitment, and the consistent use of letting-go tools between sessions.6. Can RH consultation replace a doctor's visit?
No. Recall Healing does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, testing, or treatment. It works best as a complementary approach alongside conventional medicine or other therapies.7. Is a medical diagnosis required?
A diagnosis is not required, but it can be helpful. Having one often allows us to identify the underlying conflict more accurately and efficiently.8. What distinguishes Recall Healing from traditional psychotherapy?
Recall Healing works through the lenses of biology and natural laws, focusing on the emotional meaning behind physical symptoms and behaviours, it dives deeper into the root cause of the problem than psychotherapy does. It aims to uncover the hidden emotional purpose of illness and how it affects specific tissues and organs.
The tools used in Recall Healing allow access to the root conflict more quickly, while letting-go techniques and self-work practices help release emotions and support relief and recovery.9. What about confidentiality?
I strictly follow professional ethical standards. All sessions are confidential, and everything shared remains between the client and me. Please read the Policy document located at the bottom of the page.
